| ROOM IS PENDING RENTAL AT THIS TIME !!!! I am looking for a mature male or female (senior would be preferable) and responsible roommate to start renting the 1st of March. If needed a double size mattress (mattress has only been used about 3 weeks after being bought brand new. Previous roommate ended up in hospital and has been there since the first of November) and bed frame along with a full-size dresser is included for someone just starting out and needs said items. If not, I will remove them for you. Must not smoke anything like cigarettes and Marijuana. Not looking for a binge drinker but the occasional drink is fine. I will enforce this rule to the max to even to the point of asking you to leave. I am a disabled individual and will not tolerate rude behavior or not keeping things clean and tidy around the apartment. The room is a very large in size room compared to most other bedrooms out there. You have to see it to believe it. You will not be disappointed on the size of the room. It comes with heat, hot water, full tv cable and 1gig internet package. Power is also included in the price. You will have access to an outside parking spot for free as well. Everything listed above is included in the cost of the rent. No security deposit required. Must like cats as I have one living here with me. Not looking to add anymore animals to the apartment (sorry). You will have full access to everything in the apartment. This includes all appliances, pots, pans and dishware etc. Apartment is located in mostly a senior's building in Lower Sackville. Asking for $950.00 a month with everything included as stated above.
