| Hello I will have a room available in my house startingFebruary 1 2025. You will share the house with me, my cat and the 2 other tenants (They are on the basement and come in only for the kitchen). For 700 $ a month you will have all incudes (electricity, heat, water, tv and internet) The house is all furnish but not the room( except the bed) . I have a cleaner coming occasionally. I also have an inflatable seasonal hot tub that can be use until October. I work from home for a pet insurance company. I am from Québec so if you speak French, it a plus. At least be ready to see tva on the tv lol. With your first month, I will request a extra half a mouth as deposit. Also I will ask work reference and your current landlord contact.
