| I am looking for a female between the ages of 18-25 to sublet from May 1st to August 31st. You get your own room with bed and mattress, and access to a shared bathroom and common areas. The bedroom has a closet, a room for a desk, and is well lit. You will be living with 3 other girls (all going into 3rd year uni). The property is located only a 5 minute walk from the Dalhousie studley campus and is close to many amenities (grocery, transit, restaurants, retail, etc). The apartment is pet friendly, and is non smoking. Rent if 625$ per month including laundry. Wifi is not included. The photos do not furniture as our lease begins on May 1st.
