| We are looking for a quiet and respectful roommate to share the house with. There are six rooms in the house and two full bathrooms. The nearest bus stop is about eight minutes walk away. The bus will take you to CBU and Sydney in about 20-30 minutes. The house is located in New Waterford, one block away from the beautiful Ocean. Parking is available ( $45 per month) on the driveway of the house. Available from July 1. Month to month or four month lease available. The rent is $495 per month plus utilities.
