Undecided length of time. Initial thoughts are 3-6 months. However, that could extend longer if the situation is working. No lease and either party can cancel the arrangement at any time if it is not working out. Selected roommate would have their own entrance, bedroom, rec room and bathroom, all on the lower level of the home. All inclusive, wifi, power, heating. There is currently a "pull-out" sofa in the rec room and a smallish tv. No other furniture currently. This can possible be arranged if I find the PERFECT situation, The lower level also has the laundry room and offers a fully equipped gym. The owner would only be in those shared spaces at a convenient time for both parties. The very large open kitchen is at the top of the stairs and would have my furry family wanting your attention while you cook :-) That being said... I own 6 dogs! They are my everything. SO needless to say you must LOVE dogs as they will demand your attention when you're around. I work from home and am a homebody so here 95% of the time. Ideal candidate I am searching for...
