| Older 4 bed, one bath home located on former farm property overlooking the beautiful community of Mabou with panoramic views of mountains, fields and water. Interior and exterior could use TLC but it's quite livable if you need a place to rest and chill when not out at the nearby beautiful beaches, 20 minute drive to world famous Cabot Golf resort, taking in local festivals or the very busy Celtic music scene with daily events all summer. Private well water is excellent for drinking, tv and fibre op internet, and power included. Will be fully furnished by July 5th or possibly before if you need to rent earlier.
