Very close to multiple surf beaches and hiking trails. Only 25 minute drive to Dartmouth. The bedroom comes partly furnished with a double bed and frame. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Has in unit washer/dryer and AC. Plenty of parking as well. A beautiful yard with a deck and fire pit right on the water. Boat launch on property. Plenty of garage space for surf boards, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes etc. Rent is $1000 all inclusive, including wifi. I do shift work, so looking for someone quiet and respectful. An animal lover is a must, as I have a dog and two cats. Looking for someone long term, but also open to short term. Flexible move in date as well.
