THE ROOM Room B is upstairs on our Womens floor with a bright window and a sizeable closet. It is furnished with a double storage bed, dresser, nightstand, blackout shades, and a ceiling fan. Keep your room exactly as you like it with a heat pump for personal climate control. Your belongings remain secured by a keyless electronic lock for peace of mind. Room rate is $775/mo and includes heat, water, lights, unlimited wifi, weekly laundry, and home security. Parking is available for an additional $25. Single occupancy only, available July 1st/15th. Owner-occupied along with cats. No large animals (cats/dogs), small pets considered. |
