| Room for rent in a quiet neighbourhood in Herring Cove with immediate availability. $850 per month What's included: *Bright basement bedroom - 14' x 9.5' (133ft²) *2 Large closets *Wifi *Power & Heat *Laundry *On bus route (less than a 5 min walk) *Street parking and will make room in the driveway during parking bans *Shared kitchen (we can provide basic kitchen essentials if needed) *Yard space to enjoy *At the moment it's a shared bathroom but we are in the process of fixing the downstairs bathroom so will eventually be only a shared shower. *We take care of lawn care and snow removal but if you like shoveling, we wouldn't say no to help We are looking for someone long term on a month to month lease. We do have a very friendly dog that lives here so pets will considered on a case by case basis. *Damage deposit of $425 required |
