Location is Edinburg Street close to they Halifax shopping centre and close to bus routes. What’s included is heat hot water cable and Internet as well as power. I’m looking for a professional one person preferred. You will need do you have tenants insurance and a deposit of half of a months rent prior to moving in. Rent is collected on the first of each month E transfer or cash whatever you prefer. This is a basement of my home West end of Halifax like I said a separate entrance. One year lease required.
