Looking for a roomate to take over my room in the apt as I had to move for family reasons. Lease is up Aug 31st. Would prefer lease takeover, but sublet is an option. You are responsible for your half of the rent at $675 and half of power and internet which works out to about $80. I would like to get the utilities out of my name, but we will discuss that.
