| I am looking to sublet my room from May to mid August. The room is located in a three bedroom, one and a half bathroom townhouse steps away from the Halifax Common. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. The rent is 875 including utilities. There is an in unit washer and dryer. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. I would prefer to assign my lease to a woman who is a student or a young professional since my roommates are both women.
