| 2 Bedrooms in a 3 Bedroom apartment Hi! We are subletting two rooms in a bright cozy 3 bedroom basement apartment for the summer. The apartment is in the South end, very close to SMU, Dal and the downtown area. Ideal for a student or young professional working/studying in the city for the summer. Bedrooms are both similar size with slightly different layouts (only one pictured above). We are open to renting each of the bedrooms separately or to a pair of friends/co-workers/couple/family -Rent + utilities is $750/month (each) -1 parking space is available for an additional $100 per month -Limited furniture in the whole apartment as we are moving. *We have a dog currently living with us just to be aware for allergies.
