Grocery & convenience stores, restaurants and NSLC are walking distance away, The house has in unit laundry and dryer. The room is furnished, and there is a tenant. The room will be cleared out, upon arrival. The bed, the desk and chairs will still remain. There is also free parking available.The house will be share with me, a full time working person, I prefer someone who is not loud and is organized. Looking for a CLEAN, TIDY female who is respectful of other's spaces and is either studying or working. The rent is $650/month which includes heat and cold water.
