| Looking to SUBLET my room for the remainder of May until the end of August. I would prefer to sublet to a woman who is a student or a young professional since my roommates are all women. The room is located in a three bedroom townhouse steps away from the Halifax Common. It can come furnished (with a desk, bed, credenza, nightstand and mirror) or unfurnished. Personal items will be removed. The rent is 950 including utlities. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
