There is no option to renew or extend the lease. The apartment is on Brunswick street and is a 7 minute walk to Dal Sexton Campus, Spring Garden Rd., and the no.1 bus route. It is also a 5 minute drive walk to the Waterfront. Rent includes all utilities including 5G wifi. The apartment has a dishwasher and free in-suite laundry, the building has a pool and a gym. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, the blue room shares a bathroom with one other girl. There is a possibility for a parking spot for an additional cost.
