| Subletting my room for the summer. Close to Dal campus and bus routes. It's a six bedroom fully furnished house with utilities and wifi included in the price. Smoking is allowed outside, also one parking spot is available. Sublet May 1st-August 31. Not all of my roommates will be there in the summer and may not be subletting so it won't be at full occupancy. The room is spacious and has a nice window providing lost of light, it comes with a queen sized bed, desk and chair and closet that has lots of space in it. There is a different group of people living there right now so some of the furniture in the picture will be switched out for newer furniture by May 1st and the place will also be professionally cleaned prior to move in. Everyone who will be staying there for the summer is mature, reasonable and responsible:) Feel free to message me with any questions!
