| Greetings!!! I am offering a furnished bedroom to a mature university student working on a Masters or a Ph.D in architecture or engineering. My home is located at 22 Edgehill Road which is near the Halifax Rotary on Metro Transit route # 22, easy access to all major universities. Your space is clean, tidy, a good size bedroom, walk-in closet and space for a desk. Three windows that open and a ceiling fan (use optional). There are currently new rugs on the floor that can be removed. Optional art work is included. There is a full size dresser, a brand new queen size bed with an expensive mattress. New linen and bedding included. You can share the kitchen, dining room and bathroom with one other tenant (myself), cleaned every week, or when required. Two small lap dogs also reside here (non-barking, non-shedding, hypo-allergenic) who just like to relax, cuddle, or go for a walk. This space has some storage but very little in reality. This space is not suitable for a couple or for someone who has overnight guests. This space is very quiet, on a quiet street and is ideal for a graduate student. This is not a "party" environment. Things are generally quiet here after 9 pm. All utilities are included, Heat, Electric, Internet, Air conditioning. If you have a car, we can discuss optional parking (free).
