About the House: - A spacious luxury 4 bedroom home - semi gate community -A backyard with a patio -parking included -A living room, dining room, and full kitchen with a dishwasher ️ -3 bathrooms (powder room downstairs, full bath upstairs) -main floor with washer & dryer -We’re located on a quiet street, just a 2 minute walk the bus stops, 20 min walk to grocery stores and close to walking trails for outdoor lovers. I’ve lived here for five years and absolutely love it. About the Room & Rent: -$750/month includes all utilities and laundry/dryer gym membership onsite. -Available ASAP -Rental is available for asap with the possibility of renewal after fixed term lease ends. -The Room is large-sized with lots of natural light. -There is an option for it to be furnished as I have a double sized bed, a side table, 1 cabinet, desk with chair and 1 large ladder wall shelf.
