| Howdy! Seeking a roommate to share a brand new luxury two-bedroom apartment that I leased in the Margaretta in downtown Halifax for November. Unit features: Floor to ceiling windows, polished stone countertops, under-mount lighting, six stainless steel appliances (dish washer, washer/dryer), air conditioning and a large balcony. Building features: 221 units, bicycle storage, on-site manager, amenity room and a large fully equipped fitness centre. The rent for the room is $1155 and would be for a 12 month lease. It includes heat and hot water. Power and internet would be split with me. Underground parking is available should you want it at $150 per month. Dogs/cats are not permitted and it is a smoke-free building. This specific unit is on the fourth floor and faces towards the south end, so it will have lots of natural light. The available room is facing Clyde street (not the master) and will have its own dedicated bathroom. Little bit about me/the space- 33, male, business entrepreneur and musician. Very easy going, kind and generally silly. Outside of work I like to hike, work out, play my piano/guitar/drums, sing and hang with friends. Regarding furniture- I have a great couch and lots of kitchen items. We can combine/match to whatever works best for us both.
