| We are looking for a female roommate that is tidy, conscientious, and would like to live in an all inclusive, upscale, quiet, non-smoking, non-partying, pet-free building , that is currently occupied by similarly minded mature students, “mostly grad”, and young professionals. This flat is located in a secure, 4 unit building on Cherry Street, a minute’s walk from everything. The bedroom features a large window with blind, and a spacious double closet with a custom built clothes organizer, and heated oak floors. The room is appointed with a double bed, bedside table with lamp, large dresser, and a desk with lamp and chair. Bed linens, pillows, towels, and face clothes are all available as a linen package if required. There is a large eat-in kitchen with birch cabinetry, a food pantry closet, and lots of built-in shelving. The kitchen is equipped with a 36” double door fridge with bottom freezer, water fountain, and icemaker. There is a smooth-top range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, rice cooker, etc, plus all the pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, and typical utensils required for food preparation. The full bath features an acrylic tub/shower, large vanity with drawers, and a linen/storage closet for keeping personal bath related items. The heated tiled floors make it very comfortable. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, love seat, and chair, along with a large flat screen TV, and a home theatre sound system for enjoying a movie, or listening to music. There is also a large in-unit storage space which will accommodate your suitcases, etc, as well as the owner supplied cleaning tools. There are hard surface floors throughout the unit with ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bath, all of which are heated. There is no carpet in the unit. This new building was completely rebuilt a few years ago and brought up to date with today’s building and fire code requirements. This secure building is managed by the hands-on owner, who takes pride in providing his tenants with a very safe and comfortable place to call home. The Rent is $750.00/month furnished.
