| Are you looking for a place for a summer lease with quiet, clean & friendly roommates, and the potential option of having a place for the next school year as well? My roommate and I are looking for another student or young professional to join us in our three-bedroom house, and we hope that could be you. The house is located on Dalhousie’s Studley Campus and all buildings are within a 3-minute walk. The rent is $585 without utilities, which are only approximately $85 per month. The room available is a large room with a huge window that gets morning sunlight exposure and features beautiful masonry. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Some of the apartment’s features include private laundry machines (non-coin operated), a giant walk-in pantry, little to no street traffic, a shaded back deck, a living room, and lots of sunlight. About myself and my roommate: Both my roommate and I are students at Dalhousie. We will both be working full-time in the summer.
