| Beautifully decorated two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the South End of Halifax. I am looking for a female roommate for the other bedroom. Looking for a profesional individual who is quiet, tidy and clean. I am a professional who is very active and often gone during the weekends and evenings. I have a cat whose litter I scoop daily. She is a bengal so she is hypoallergenic and doesn't really shed hair. I am also looking for someone that would bring a limited amount of belongings as the apartment is already furnished (though, of course your bedroom would be totally cleared out if you wish. It has a bed in there at the moment). The room has a closet as well. Total rent for the apartment is 1430 dollars. Internet is 130 taxes in. Your share of the rent would be 800 due on the first of every month. 400 damage deposit required. There is an electric bill that is about 55 ever second month. If you have need parking that is extra and would be 65 a month. It is outdoor parking. There is a washer and dryer on the bottom floor which runs about 2 dollars a load. No pets unfortunately, as I already have a cat and that is all that is allowed. I would most likely want to sing some kind of agreement. It doesn't have to be a year lease, but at least something outlining some terms and if some party should need to leave. Apartment is very close to downtown and all the amenities. Secure entry into building. I have lived here for 5 years and truly love the place. The building managers are amazing. I am looking for a roommate for August 1st.
