| Cozy room located just steps from Agricola and Gottingen, 2 minutes away from coffee shops, the Commons, and bus routes. Ideal home for anyone looking to enjoy the North End while being in close proximity to downtown amenities. The unit has lots of natural light, and laundry is located in the building. The majority of the apartment and living space is furnished with the exception of the bedroom for rent. There is plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen if you have your own cookware and dishes, and additional storage space in the living-room for belongings. The bedroom is large enough to fit a queen sized bed and desk or dresser while still leaving plenty of floor room and has a large closet. There is also coin operated laundry in the building. The rent includes heat/power/water. Internet is not included in the rent, and right now I am using Bell Fibre Optic internet. As your potential roomie, here's a bit about me: I'm in my early 30s, work healthcare industry and enjoy rock-climbing. I'm quiet, clean, and respectful of maintaining a comfortable shared-space. I also have a mid sized dog that loves people and is well suited to living in an apartment. |
