| Hello! I am a student who will be away for the months of July and August and am looking to sublease my room for the summertime. Mainly July and August, with the potential of mid-June. This is a two-bed, 1 bath apt. Shared kitchen and living room with small balcony. Bright spot with wood floors, and great supers who fix things really quickly. My roommate will remain in the apartment for the summer - very nice and quiet roomie. Must be comfortable with lgbt+ Apartment building is quiet (I'm a musician and have no problem being able to practice, just need to be mindful of hours) I will be leaving my single bed, desk and chair, shelving unit and lamps, but room will otherwise be empty - can take out all wall decor too.
