| The room is a Good-sized Bedroom in a Basement. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed, small armiour (dressor) , TV, Study Desk, Bar Fridge, and Microwave . Downside is there is no Kitchen facility, and for safety, no cooking is allowed. We do provide a Meal Program which serves East Indian Punjabi Vegetarian meals for a small charge. The room shares the bathroom with just one other room occupied by a male tenant. The setup is ideally suited to a young person who works one or two jobs and does not have time to cook but still wants a home-cooked meal . The room rent is $625 monthly for one person and includes Heat, Light, and Wifi. A pay-per-use Washing Machine is also available. If interested the Meal program cost is to be negotiated.
