| Please read entire description, as there are some notable elements to the rental! I am renting out my spare room in my two bedroom apartment. You will have the whole apartment almost entirely to yourself, as I work out of town, and will only be home on a few weekends of the summer. Rental is only from July 1st (with potential to move in a couple days early) until August 30th, no option to extend. Price is $1100/month, for everything, including parking and wifi. The apartment is fully furnished, the room has a bed and a dresser, and an window AC unit. Apartment is at the corner of Windsor street and Cunard street, great walkable location on bus routes.
