| Hello, I am looking for someone to take my current roomates room in a two bedroom house with a shared bathroom starting February 1 or March 1. Your room is private but everything else is shared with me. Basement, kitchen, garden, dining room, living room etc. The house is located in the north end near North and Agricola street full of amazing spots to eat and hangout, very close to Emera Oval and a 25 mins walk to downtown. The rent will be $1150 + utilities. You will need a $575 security deposit.
