The house is fully furnished with brand new furniture in the bedroom that is for rent. The owner smokes inside the house and owns two large very friendly dogs. The house has a large fenced-in backyard with a deck and a nice perk is that during the summer months we are very close to a beach that has a lifeguard on duty on a great lake just down the road (15 minute walk) with just a forest behind the backyard in a very quiet neighbourhood. The location is very close to downtown Halifax, Bayers Lake and just a quick hop across the bridge to Dartmouth. All utilities are included as well as internet/wifi, washer and dryer (clothesline also available), a heat pump, one full bathroom and a guest bathroom on the main floor, with a fully equipped kitchen that is all ready to just start cooking! The rent for this space is $850 per month which includes all of the above, utilities, paper products such as toilet paper and papertowel and parking for one vehicle. You will be responsible for providing your own food and beverages along with any personal toiletries.
