| One room in a 4 bedroom two-story furnished house in downtown Halifax is for rent. There are two bathrooms (one on each floor) and a kitchen and living room on the main floor. Clean and quiet, great for students or young working professionals. Walking distance to SMU, Sobeys, Superstore, Shoppers, Tim Hortons and many other shops and restaurants in the downtown area. Bus stops 4, 10, 14, 29 are a few steps from the house. Three young professionals (2 males and a female) have taken three of the rooms and one small room is available for July 1st. Great if we can get one more female, but doesn’t have to be. The room is furnished and renting for $725 per month. The room already has a bed and small desk+chair in it. The rent includes everything (electricity, water, high-speed internet, onsite laundry). This is a small house, so the rooms are not massive. The house has a decent size kitchen, living room, and back patio for sitting, relaxing or getting sun. The lease is flexible ranging from 1 month to one year with the option to extend. The current tenants are quiet, clean, respectful, and friendly, so we would like to find one more similar tenant. We want to maintain a positive and peaceful environment in the house just like a small happy family. |
