| Looking for a female roommate 1 ：Someone will clean the bathrooms and kitchen weekly. 2 ：Internet socket ，Smoke and monoxide detector installed in room. 3 ：Bus 3, 4, 90 are 4-7minutes walking away (to Dal, SMU, Halifax shopping centre). We do morning drive to Dalhousie for free on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. If you like, we also do Tuesday grocery shopping together (in case you do not have a car). 4 ：The room is 260ft^2 with a closet and upgraded sound insulation. There is free queen size bed, mattress, desk, chair, hangers, fan, bed side lamp, bed side table, and chest of drawers. 5:We have free parking, heat, water, internet, and electricity. 6 ：No pet or rodent issues. 7:We are in a quiet neighborhood with camera installed around the house for safety. 8:We have a newly installed a Rodan Fan. 9:We kindly ask you to live here alone only. Having friend over and sleepover are not allowed. No pet. No smoking. |
