| I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the end of December (middle of December is okay due to the holiday season). The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so everyone will have their own bathroom/bedroom. The kitchen and living room will be shared only. The price is 1200$ for each person which includes everything (personal parking, guest parking, heat, power, hot water, gym, pool) except Wi-fi. The laundry is on each building floor with a cost of 1$ washing and 50 cent drying. In front of building, there are two bus stops including 7A and 7B routes. Currently, we are living two young professional women at their late tweenties. My current roommate is studying her MSc at Dal and will be graduating this semester. We had great time together. She is quite, clean and friendly person. I am moving out because of my new life situation. |
