Seeking a male, 20-35 y/o, to help me part time with cleaning and chores around my house. The person should be currently working or a student. In return the right person can stay in a furnished bedroom in my large south end house near universities, hospitals and Quinpool Rd. In return I will reduce normal rent (of + $700/month). Preferred person should be pleasant, agreeable, good conversationalist, curious, adventurous, open-minded, non-smoker, non drug user, mature acting & discreet.
