Seeking an open minded straight or gay male, 20-35 y/o, working or student, to stay in a furnished bedroom in my large south end house near universities, hospitals and Quinpool Rd and required in return to provide part-time help with cleaning & chores inside and out. In return I will reduce normal rent for students of + $700/month to half or more. Room includes all bedding/towels, shared full bath, kitchen, laundry. Preferred person should be pleasant, agreeable, good conversationalist, curious, adventurous, open-minded, takes pride in personal grooming (scent-free), mature acting & discreet. Personality and compatibility with the owner is of primary importance. Meetings in person will be conducted to determine the suitability for both. Term expected to begin in September.
