| A 14feet*10 feet room is available for rent in a 2 BHK apartment ( the room is much bigger than it looks in the picture). Looking for someone quiet and don’t like to host parties in the apartment. The rent is 860dollars. Electricity, wifi and tenant insurance separate. Wifi is 55, insurance is 15 and electricity is bi monthly. Electricity bill comes around $145 bimonthly in total. So, utilities will be $70 plus electricity bill. The room is only for one person. It’s not up for sharing. Also, it’s a yearly lease. If you see a bed in the living room, I use that as a sofa. There is a swimming pool and gym available in the building Will be available from March 1st. If the post is up, it’s available. Also, when you contact me, a small introduction would be great. |
