Rent includes private room (with bed, dresser, tv, lamps, desk and chair), full washroom, an outdoor parking spot, shared use of kitchen, dining room and living room. It includes all utilities. 40 Regency has a beautiful swimming pool and a gym with his and hers saunas. It is located very close to Bayers Lake and has immediate access Highway 102. The condo is equipped with a washer / dryer and a dishwasher. I’m a 35 year old male. I have a small sheltie dog, so you must like dogs! Partiers are not welcomed.
