| 1 bedroom for rent in 2 bedroom flat near Oxford and North - $925 plus half of utilities 12ft 5 in x 8 ft 6 in with a large closet. Room is unfurnished, there is a washer and dryer in the basement (shared with downstairs tenants, not coin operated), and 1 parking space is available. The unit is up a flight of stairs. The lease goes until August with the possibility to renew. There's storage space downstairs and a shared backyard and patio. There's also a spare room that we can share use of for storage or that can be converted into a home office. I have a cat so no pets would be preferred, but we can talk about possible exceptions. About me: I'm a 27 year old queer and neurodivergent professional. I will mostly be out of the house from 7-5:30 Mon-Fri, but work from home 1-2 days per week. I love board games, video games, ttrpgs, and the arts. |
