Rent includes private room (with bed, dresser, tv, lamps, desk and chair), full private washroom, an outdoor parking spot, shared use of kitchen, dining room and living room. Rent includes all utilities including internet. 40 Regency has a beautiful swimming pool and a gym with his and hers saunas. It is located very close to Bayers Lake and has immediate access Highway 102. The condo is equipped with a washer / dryer and a dishwasher. I’m a 35 year old male.
