Description
Private bedroom available for rent as of September 1st on a 1-year lease. We are looking for someone to stay long-term. The room is on the top floor of the house, only accessible by stairs. It is completely unfurnished except for one bedside table and the AC unit. The rest of the apartment includes a shared kitchen, living room, and 1.5 bathrooms. It is a nice and bright apartment with in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and AC. The number 1/2/3 bus stops are right at the corner and the apartment is walking distance to Sobeys, Lawtons, and Superstore. Rent is $833.33, which includes heat and water. Internet is $23 a month and electricity is about $50 or $60 every two months. We are two women, a student and a young professional, looking for a third woman. We are pretty quiet and low-key and hope to find someone similar who is clean and tidy and would also enjoy hanging out occasionally! No smoking, partying, or pets unfortunately. LGBTQ+ Friendly!
