| Private bedroom available for sublet (July & August) as of July 1st, option to sign on to lease after August. We are looking for someone to hopefully stay long-term. The room is on the top floor of the house, only accessible by stairs. It's unfurnished, the bedframe in the pictures will not be staying in the room. The rest of the apartment includes a shared kitchen, living room, and 1.5 bathrooms. It is a nice and bright apartment with in-unit washer and dryer and a dishwasher. There are two cats currently living here but they will be moving out before July. The number 1/2/3 bus stops are right at the corner and the apartment is walking distance to Sobeys, Lawtons, and Superstore. Rent is $833.33, which includes heat and water. Internet is $23 a month and electricity is about $50 or $60 every two months. We are two women, a student and a young professional, ideally looking for a third woman. We are pretty quiet and low-key and hope to find someone similar who would also enjoy hanging out occasionally! LGBTQ+ Friendly! No smoking, parties, or pets unfortunately!
