| Hey there! We’re looking for a friendly, clean, and polite roommate to join our lovely home starting December 1st. The room is available for just $752.50/month, NO damage deposit required. The rental agreement will be from December 1st to March 1st, with the possibility of extending it for a year. You'll enjoy the convenience of hot and cold water included, as well as a non-coin-operated washer and dryer. The room isn’t fully furnished, but I’ll leave behind a comfy mattress and a chest of drawers for your use. Our kitchen is bright and modern, complete with a pantry for your groceries, and there’s a laundry room with storage for cleaning supplies. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and super convenient—just a minute’s walk to the bus stop! We do have a cat in the apartment, so if you have a pet, we can chat about how they might get along. Feel free to come by and check out the room! We’re available to show it Monday to Friday after 7 PM, and anytime on weekends.
