| 1 bedroom available August 1st in 3 bedroom heritage house. The house has two stories with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and lots of character. The current occupants are two girls in our thirties and our two adorable cats. Other details about the house; The available room is a good size with hardwood floors, two windows, and a large cherrywood wardrobe. Currently there is also a bed, dresser, and side table but these things can stay or go. There is also a working fireplace, 2 bathrooms, and a backyard with deck. Technically theres a BBQ too but the end of last summer it was catching on fire all the time, which was lovely for impressing friends with heaping plates of blackened chicken but yeah, probably we need a new one. Theres a washer and drier located in the basement, which is all kinds of spidery but what can you do. Located a stones’ throw from grocery store, bus stops, liquor store, Commons, and the many amenities of Quinpool Other detail about us; We both have degrees and jobs and keep a clean house. We don’t party much but sometimes we do. Also, we recently acquired an extension pack for Catan so consider yourself invited, and prepare to be infrastructure'ed under the table should you choose to partake.
