| Hi! I'm subletting my bedroom in my North End apartment for the summer (roughly mid-May until July 31st). It will be unfurnished. The apartment has in-unit laundry, two hall closets and a balcony. It's in a quiet North End neighbourhood, and is a short bus ride away from downtown. For the summer, you'd be living with my roommate, a student at King's College. He is quiet and enjoys cooking and biking. In addition to rent, you would also be responsible for paying internet (roughly $40/month) and power (one payment of roughly $100).
