| Looking for a clean roommate for a private room. Available from March 1st 2025. Students (near MSVU) and young professionals are welcome. You will be living with two young professionals (male). The building is located near all amenities, and there is a bus stop in front of the building. The rent is $500/month plus electricity and WiFi (approximately $60/month per roommate for both). The rent includes heat, water, and hot water. The building is very clean and well-managed. No sharing is allowed. Looking for a single occupant only. I am looking for a mature and clean person. No smoking or pets are allowed in the building. Parking is not included in the rent. Previous roommates parked off-street. References, a damage deposit, and proof of income will be required.
