The house has 2 full-size fridges, two bathrooms, living room and lots of storage. If you need, just let us know. We also have a beautiful backyard and patio to enjoy: BBQ, beers and tanning during summers. The kitchen is fully packed with pots-pans, dinner set, knives and cutlery. The common areas (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, garbage disposal and backyard) are cleaned on a weekly basis but your room is your responsibility. House is on bus Route #1, 2, 3, 4, 9A, 9B, 14, 32. There is no parking on the property but there is lots of street parking available around the property. The house is right across from Petro-Canada on Oxford-Quinpool Road; less than 10 min walk to Superstore, Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Mart, NSLC, Oxford Taproom and lots of options from Fast Food to Fine Dining within a 5min walk. The place has a total 5 bedrooms including yours. Currently we have all male tenants between the ages of 20-30, but all genders and age groups are welcome to apply. Something to consider if you have a preference. The landlord requires post-dated cheques for the Rent and a damage deposit (half month rent in Cash, e-transfer, cheque). This is a sublease situation so you will be taking over from 01-June-2021 to 31-August-2021 with an opportunity to sign an annual lease in Sept 2021. We could possibly arrange an early move-in, as early as 28th of June so it will give you few days to unpack and settle-in at no extra cost.
