The furnished bedroom includes everything pictured - it's simple but functional. Also pictured are the shared bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) and shared living room area. Price is $850 all utilities included. Appliances include all the usual ones (stove & oven, washer & dryer, microwave) plus a dishwasher. WiFi included.
