| This room is available and i am looking for a responsible, respectful and quite person. Either student, working professional or Holiday Visa holder. Everything included in the rent (power, heat and internet). Room has bed, table and chair, mirror and closet. Washroom is shared for only one person. Kitchen shared for 3person. Washer and dryer in my unit. There’s no parking space but there’s a bus stop in front of the building. My unit is smoke free. No one smoking, so i am looking for a non smoker individual. No party, No guest and No drugs. No need to bring any kind of stuff coz everythings are provided in the room and in the kitchen. Just you and your luggage. The area is near from everything and if you like to walk, there’s a park beside my building. Restaurant and day care too. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
