| Hi. We have a nice cozy fully furnished room for rent from June 1st (possibly one week earlier). We renovated downstairs a couple of years ago including new kitchen and shower kit. Tenants will have a separate private entrance as well. Currently, we have male working professionals. Obviously, we prefer to have a new male working professional for this room. The new tenant shares kitchen, bath on ground level and living room in the basement with only One tenant. Only two tenants share downstairs and living room, kitchen, bathroom and shower room. It will be ONE YEAR lease for one room. $975 / month Including water, heat, electricity and internet. Also, if you want to bring a car, you can park on the street for free. No thanks for pets, smoking, drinking and parties. Our house is close to Lacewood and Dunbrack. Downtown will be 30 minutes by Metro transit bus. Bus stop is only 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping center including Sobeys, Gas station, walk-in-clinic, Tims, McDonald, Canada Post and Shoppers drug mart is also close, it will take only 15 mins by walking.
