Here's what the room does not have: - there is NO kitchen, it is equipped with a microwave and fridge - there is NO laundry facility, there is a laundromat one block away on Chebucto Road - there is NO off-street parking, only on-street options, and - there is NO private bathroom, it is a shared bathroom with two others. This is a second-floor room with a private entrance at the back of a single-family home. The landlord lives on-site, so the property is well-maintained. It’s a clean, quiet building, so I’m looking for a clean, quiet tenant - NO pets, NO SMOKING (of any kind, including incense burning), and no overnight guests or partying.
