| Located in the Armdale area of Halifax near Mountain Rd. and Tamarack St., a 10-minute drive by car to downtown city core of Halifax. This room is for a student only, to help them out, it is the reason I keep it so reasonable. No exceptions. The room has a double bed, dresser, desk with chair, shelf, lamp, closet and full-viewing mirror. My house has laundry, internet and utilities, all included in the monthly $600 per room price. Bus stop is one block from the house. #24 bus goes direct route to Dalhousie and SMU. Approx. 20 minutes by bus to DalU and 25 minutes to SMU. Shared kitchen, bathrooms and living space. There is one full size bathroom and one half bathroom. About myself: I live here too. I work remotely from home, most days. I'm a woman middle-aged. I do admin work for a post-secondary school. No smoking, no parties, and no pets. No exceptions. I am looking for a responsible person focused on their studies. I have one student here as well, 3rd year at DalU, and he is from Dhaka. You will be responsible for your own meals and food. Shared kitchen means you do not need to bring dishes, pots/pans or other cooking utensils. You do not need to bring bedding. But please do bring your own towel and body/face cloth. One person only, no shared bedroom.
